Data, GIS layers, EBK Regression prediction surfaces and code supporting the article "Nested spatial structure and mapping of in situ water physicochemical variables across hydrological blocks in a West African mangrove complex (Ramsar Sites 1017 and 1018, Southern Benin)" (Water, MDPI; manuscript water-4647545). The record contains: 1,210 georeferenced sampling points (26 sites, six hydrological blocks; 12–19 December 2025), raw and processed, with processing flags and a record-level audit of the EC/TDS decimal-shift corrections; GIS layers (sampling sites, block positions and extents, spatialisation mask; EPSG:32631); EBK Regression prediction and standard-error surfaces (GeoTIFF, 150 m) with leave-one-out and leave-one-site-out cross-validation outputs; the tables and figures of the article and its Supplementary Materials; and the R, ArcPy and Python scripts.
