Priacma serrata Genome Project. Sequences were obtained from two individual beetles with specimen voucher numbers DDM2274 and DDM2279. A separate gDNA library was constructed for each. Contigs were assembled from the pooled sequences of both beetles. These sequences in the first version, AGRH01000000, are a subset of the genome and were selected from a draft genome assembly of Priacma serrata because they contain regions orthologous to published endopterygote insect genomes. These regions were identified using reciprocal BLAST and are intended for eventual use in molecular phylogenetic studies of Endopterygota, and especially Coleoptera.
