This dataset is the source data of the paper “Dynamin1 long- and short-tail isoforms exploit distinct recruitment and spatial patterns to form endocytic nanoclusters” which is published in Nature communications. The source data includes the raw movies of the TIRF low resolution imaging of GPF tagged Dyn1aa, Dyn1ab, and Dyn1bb to assess the recruitment of Dyn1 via intensity changes in response to stimulation. The raw movies of sptPALM super-resolution imaging are also included in this dataset to study the nanoscale mobility changes and the spatiotemporal nanoclustering of Dyn1 isoforms in response to stimulation.
