This paper introduces the comprehensive airborne remote sensing experiment of the Saihanba Forest in the Xiaoluan River Basin, which is part of the Aerial Experiment on Carbon Cycle under the Comprehensive Remote Sensing Experiment on Carbon Cycle, Water Cycle and Energy Balance. This work elaborates on the objectives, experimental design, observation implementation process, data processing and product production of the forest airborne remote sensing experiment. The experiment provides high-quality remote sensing datasets for carbon-water cycle research and forest resource monitoring, demonstrating the advantages of active and passive integrated observation systems for synchronous information acquisition in forest resource monitoring.
