Herpetofaunal richness and beta diversity between an offshore archipelago of the Eastern Tropical Pacific and adjacent mainland

These datasets contain values for the species richness and beta diversity analyses used in the study as follows: - Table S5_megadata_env_amph_new.txt: Number of individuals of each amphibian species in each location, site, transect, and vegetation class included in the analysis. - Table S6_megadata_env_rept_new.txt: Number of individuals of each reptile species in each location, site, transect, and vegetation class included in the analysis. - Table S7_Dissimilarity_amph.txt: Presence/absence matrix for amphibians. - Table S8_Dissimilarity_rept.txt: Presence/absence matrix for reptiles.
