Single-cell RNA sequencing elucidates the co-transplanted tumor data, which includes contributions from both cancer-associated fibroblasts and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (PRJCA035563)

To validate the activation of fibroblasts by radioresistant NSCLC cells, we isolated GFP+ fibroblasts fromsubcutaneous tumors (LLC+3T3, LLC+3T3+RT, LLCR+3T3, LLCR+3T3+RT) using flow cytometry. Then, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis was performed on GFP+ fibroblasts using the 10x Chromium platform.
