This website includes the <i>de novo</i> transcriptome of <i>Rubia yunnanensis</i>, annotation and the output of differential gene expresion analyses.The file 'Rubia_yunnanensis_Trinity.fasta' includes assembled transcrips, which was generated using Trinity based on the six RNA-seq data. The file was used for annotation nand differential gene analyses.The file 'Rubia_yunnanensis_Trinity.fasta.kegg' includes the transcript annotation, which was generated using BLAST based on Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) (http://www.genome.jp/kegg/).The file 'Rubia_yunnanensis_SL_R.sigDiff ' includes all the differentiall expressed transcripts estimated using edgeR with FPKM data.The file 'Rubia_yunnanensis_SL_R.sigDiff.kegg' includes the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) annotation of DEGs. The file was used for identifying genes involved in anthraquinone biosynthesis.
