The role of DOT1L in Th cells

ChIP sequencing of naïve Th, bona fide Th1 and bona fide Th2 cells Cells were sorted from the spleens of WT mice for naïve Th cells. Bona fide Th1 or Th2 were generated by culturing enriched Th cells for 4 days under Th1 or Th2 polarising conditions. IL-4 Amcyan - IL-13 dsRed - IFNg-YFP reporter mice were used to sort bona fide Th1 (YFP+) or bona fide Th2 (Amcyan or dsRed+) cells.
