Control versus high glucose stimulated mice renal tubular epithelial cells (mTEC) with or without IGFBP7 overexpression.

This study investigates the effects of high glucose stimulation on mice renal tubular epithelial cells, with a focus on the role of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7 (IGFBP7) overexpression. The experimental design includes control (NC) groups and high glucose (HG) groups, IGFBP7 overexpression (OE) group and high glucose+overexpression (HG+OE) group. The aim is to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying glucose-induced renal injury and the potential protective or exacerbating effects of IGFBP7 in this context. RNA sequencing data generated from these experiments will provide insights into the transcriptional changes associated with high glucose exposure and IGFBP7 modulation, contributing to a better understanding of diabetic nephropathy and related renal pathologies.
