Gene expression profile at the single cell level of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) derived from iPSC at day 12 of differentiation; and from erythroid cultures derived from HS/PC-iPSC at day 4 (RNA-Seq)

Myelodisplastic syndromes are a oligoclonal disease starting at the level of the stem/progenitor compartment. We use scRNAseq to determine the transcriptome changes and clonal evolution of MDS low and high risk Overall design: iPSC were differentiated for 12 days towards HSPCs using StemDiff Hematopietiese media. Erythroid cultures were derived from these HS/PC-iPSC and scRNAseq performed at day 4 of erythroid differentiation (cultured with SCF, IL3 and EPO)
