This dataset contains the review matrix for the manuscript "A systematic review of avian influenza virus transmission models: Gaps and opportunities". Column A is a unique identifier for the papers, B-F contain meta information from the papers, and column G-AE contains the raw information extracted from the reviewed papers. This raw information was further categorized into classes, subgroups, and groups to generate the electronic supplementary materials tables S2-S6.
