Regional Maternity Capital Programs in Russia 2011-2023

This database consists of information about regional maternity capital programs in 85 regions of the Russian Federation. It contains volume (in Russian rubles) of payments by birth order of children and conditions for receiving them for the period from 2011 to 2023. Paper (Vakulenko et al., 2024) describe this data. In this paper interactive maps and cards with information about the programs have been prepared. An analysis of the differences and typology of regional maternity capital programs aimed at the birth of children of various orders was carried out.
