Here we provided supplementary information of the article "A novel method and model system to investigate plant-microbiome coevolutio". In particular, raw data collected from experimentations and scripts used in this study are reported here. The Supplementary dataset excel table including: Supplementary Table 1. Raw data on the seed sterilization procedures. Supplementary Table 2. Raw data on the R. solani inoculation procedures. Supplementary Table 3. Information of bacterial and fungal strains used to reconstruct ad hoc-microbial communities. Supplementary Table 4. Raw data of the experimental evolution concerning disease resistance to R. solani. We also provided a Supplementary Text including protocols for media and solutions used in the study and scripts used to analyse data from experimental evolution.
