hTERT mRNA expression in human pluripotent stem cells

Uploaded files are data from qPCR ran on StepOnePlus Thermocycler with correspondent software. Multiple cell lines were analyzed for hTERT expression with GAPDH used as reference (some, but not all samples also have additional reference genes data). Multiple hiPSC and hESC lines are included in different passages. Interplate control is used as a reference. H1 and mUCK cell lines were also analyzed in different culture conditions (hypoxia, normoxia, feeder-free system, feeder-dependent system). Somatic cells were also analyzed as a control before reprogramming.
