Microbial and chemical-physical data from soil samples treated with ten organic products were selected to assess their potential to enhance disease suppression in soil. After the products were amended into two different arable soils, pot experiments were performed to assess soil suppressiveness against the fungal pathogen Rhizoctonia solani. In addition, several soil characteristics were analyzed, as well as the bacterial and fungal community composition and how microorganisms interact within these communities, to better understand the effect of the organic amendments on creating disease suppressive soils.<br>

本数据集选取经10种有机产品处理的土壤样本的微生物与理化数据,以评估这些产品增强土壤抑病性的潜力。将上述有机产品施入两种不同的耕地土壤后,开展盆栽试验以测定土壤对真菌病原菌立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的抑病能力。此外,本研究还分析了多项土壤理化特性、细菌与真菌群落组成,以及微生物在群落内的互作模式,以期更深入地理解有机改良措施对构建抑病土壤的作用效果。
