Liver tissue miRNA profile before and after the administration of PRI-724 in patients with liver cirrhosis

The dataset analyzed in the report entitled Plasma extracellular vesicle microRNAs reflecting the therapeutic effect of the CBP/β-catenin inhibitor PRI-724 in patients with liver cirrhosis 13 patients with liver cirrhosis received PRI-724. Biopsy samples of the liver were obtained before and after the administration of PRI-724.
