Background variables: basic characteristics/ housing situation/ household characteristics/ place of work/ occupation/employment/ income/capital assets/ education/ consumption of durables</p>就业与照料的社会效应：家庭统筹二者的策略。本次调查指标包括：受访者首次获得正规带薪工作的年份、无带薪工作的累计时长、对当前岗位未来5年的发展预期、上月加班时长、未从事带薪工作的原因、过往及未来求职经历与意向职业名称、希望兼职的缘由；受访者配偶首次获得正规带薪工作的年份、配偶上月加班时长；家务劳动相关内容：受访者与配偶的家务时间投入、任务分工、（家政服务）成本；儿童照料与托育：时长、成本、相关偏好；受访者及其配偶的工作时长偏好与限制条件、家务劳动时长的偏好与限制条件。背景变量涵盖：基本特征、住房状况、家庭特征、工作地点、职业、就业状态、收入、资本资产、教育水平、耐用消费品消费。
