Mouse feces were collected from two groups: one group treated with Bifidobacterium infantis 15697 and a control group treated with saline. Fecal samples were collected before (day 0) and after (day 12) treatment. Specifically, feces were collected from 7 Bifidobacterium infantis 15697-treated mice before treatment and from 6 mice after 12 days of treatment. In the control group, feces were collected from 6 saline-treated mice before and after 12 days of treatment. In total, 25 fecal samples were collected for metagenomic sequencing.
