存储企业上报碳排放采集数据中的异常数据信息，主要包括表id、异常类型、企业的统一社会信用代码、创建时间、数据项编码、数据项值、采集时间、前值、后值、状态、更新人、更新时间、原因、修正值、备注等，平台实时监控碳排放企业上报的采集数据，依据企业上报的采集数据项信息中的数据最大最小值，判断每条采集数据的值是否异常，方便通报企业进行核查。

This dataset stores abnormal data information from carbon emission collection data reported by enterprises. The main included fields are table ID, anomaly type, unified social credit code of the enterprise, creation time, data item code, data item value, collection time, previous value, latter value, status, updater, update time, cause, corrected value, remarks, etc. The platform monitors the collection data reported by carbon emission enterprises in real time, and determines whether the value of each collected data is abnormal based on the maximum and minimum values of the data items in the enterprise-reported collection data information, so as to facilitate notifying enterprises to conduct verification.
