Norwegian Election Study, 2001-2005, panel

Statistics Norway (SSB) gathered data for the Survey of the Storting Election 2005 which was carried out on behalf of Institute for Social Research (ISF). The project was financed by the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development. The Norwegian Election Study in 2005 is included in the election research program at ISF. This program started in relationship with the Storting-election in 1957 and it has been carried out surveys in relation with all succeeding Storting-elections, except for the election in 1961. The aim of the election survey in 2005 is to carry on analysis for preceding elections, partially to study current tendencies in Norwegian politics and unique features in the Storting-election 2005.
