Raw X-ray diffraction data for centrosymmetric crystal structure of Z-DNA
收藏资源简介:
X-Ray synchrotron diffraction data for the self-complementary left-handed (D-form) and right-handed (L-form) Z-DNA hexanucleotides, crystallized in the presence of magnesium cations. The diffraction images were collected to the resolution of 0.78 Å at the BESSY beamline 14.2 in Berlin at 100K using MAR225 detector. The data was recorded in three passes: subset 1 (low, 360 images to resolution of 1.22 Å) subset 2 (medium, 360 images to resolution 0.85 Å) and subset 3 (high, 720 images to resolution of 0.78 Å) with crystal-to-detector distances: (low) 200mm; (medium) 100mm; (high) 60mm. The direct beam position (x=1533.27px, y=1538.73px) and X-ray wavelength (0.7999 Å) were the same for three passes. For the subsets 1 and 2 the oscillation angle was 1° and for the subset 3 the oscillation angle was 0.5.
