Supporting data for Investigation of the cross-reactive humoral responses to SARS-CoV-2 in human and mice

One major immunological question concerns antigenic differences between SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV-1. We address this question by analyzing plasma from patients infected by SARS-CoV-2 or SARS-CoV and from infected or immunized mice. In our study we used the ELISA assay to test the specific binding antibody and microneutralization assay to evaluate the neutralizing activity.
