2025 UNLV Public Records Request: Civil Rights Concerns and Discrimination/non-Title IX Complaints Expanded

The following datasets were obtained via a public records request submitted by Dylan T. Hinton to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) on March 24, 2025. The response was completed by the UNLV Office of Public Affairs on June 18, 2025.This release expands on administrative data from the Office of Equal Employment and Title IX, previously obtained on January 27, 2025, by adding new records and further detail regarding institutional handling of civil rights and discrimination complaints. The data reflects internal case handling practices over the specified calendar years and is presented as-is, without interpretation or alteration. No personally identifiable information was requested from the university.This dataset is released into the public domain. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
