BousiosLab/ATHILAfinder annotation pipeline for ATHILA LTR retrotransposons

Files generated by ATHILAfinder, EDTA and Inpactor2 on six Brassicaceae species used in the paper that describes the ATHILAfinder annotation pipeline. For ATHILAfinder, two tab-delimited files are provided per species containing various information (intact element or soloLTR, chromosome, coordinates, coding capacity, TSD, LTR pairwise identity, etc.); For EDTA, two files are provided per species, i) the gff3 file of intact TEs, and ii) the main TEsorter output file with the lineage classification of the intact TEs; For Inpactor2, two files are provided per species, i) the fasta file of the predicted TEs, and ii) the lineage classification output.
