利用光电技术设计可靠有效的火花探测技术与装置,结合自动灭火系统和除尘器防爆抑爆系统,达到人造板工业生产中木粉尘燃爆防控减灾的目标。本技术采用检测木粉尘燃烧时的光谱特征来检测木粉尘燃爆。开发的木粉尘燃爆检测装置主要分为硬件设计和软件设计两大部分。在硬件方面,火花检测装置主要由控制器、放大电路、光电探头、上位机、供电模块和输出模板六大部分组成,是基于DSPIC单片机控制的,通过对火花信号的采集、放大及处理等,从而实现对木粉尘燃烧火花快速准确地探测。在软件方面,软件部分主要由系统初始化、参数设置、AD转换、数据处理、串口通信和控制信号输出等程序模块构成。基本功能主要包括信号快速准确采集与处理以及通过串口实现稳定数据传输与控制。
This study designs a reliable and efficient spark detection technology and device by leveraging optoelectronic technology, which is integrated with automatic fire extinguishing systems and dust collector explosion prevention and suppression systems, aiming to realize the prevention, control and disaster mitigation of wood dust explosions in wood-based panel industrial production. This technology detects wood dust explosions by capturing the spectral characteristics of burning wood dust. The developed wood dust explosion detection device is split into two primary sections: hardware design and software design. In terms of hardware, the spark detection device is controlled by a DSPIC microcontroller, and comprises six main components: controller, amplifier circuit, photoelectric probe, upper computer, power supply module, and output module. It achieves rapid and accurate detection of wood dust combustion sparks via the acquisition, amplification and processing of spark signals. For the software section, the program consists of multiple modules including system initialization, parameter configuration, AD conversion, data processing, serial communication, and control signal output. Its basic functions primarily include rapid and accurate signal acquisition and processing, as well as stable data transmission and control through serial ports.
