RNA-seq datasets from Klotho KO and from live human brain neurons and microglia

Two separate datasets were generated in our lab for the purposes of the submitted study. One comprises long and short RNA-seq datasets (aligned to long RNA, microRNA and tRNA fragments) from 5 wildtype mice and 5 mice with Klotho knockout (KO). We uploaded the raw count tables for long RNA, microRNA and tRNA fragments for all the processes samples (described in coldata_Klotho.csv). Another dataset comprises short RNA-seq datasets from 16 neuronal populations and 16 microglial populations extracted from live human brain tissues. We uploaded raw count tables of microRNA and tRNA fragments for all the processes samples (described in coldata_Nunex_live_human_brain_neurons_microglia.csv).
