To further development of our gene expression, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling. Human cord blood CD34+ cells from healthy donors was cultured for 2 days with or without SL-13R. SL-13R induced gene expression in human cord blood CD34+ cells was measured at 2 day after addition of SL-13R or PBS (control).
