SNSseq_Yeast_MethodComparison

This dataset contains short nascent strand sequencing (SNS-seq) data from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Two independent yeast cultures were prepared as biological replicates. Each replicate was processed using two library preparation protocols: the traditional SNS-seq method (tSNS-seq) and an improved SNS-seq method (iSNS-seq). The purpose of this study was to benchmark the performance of the two protocols in mapping known DNA replication origins. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform to generate paired-end reads.
