Processed data and analysis scripts for the A-PREDICT trial

This repository contains processed data from Nanostring gene expression profiling and targeted panel DNA sequencing related to the A-PREDICT Clinical Trial.The analysis scripts included herein were utilized for the analyses presented in the manuscript titled "Blood Vessel Depletion and Immunomodulating Effects of Anti-VEGF Therapy in Metastatic Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma: The Phase 2 A-PREDICT Trial."
