Transcriptomic responses to water accommodated diluted bitumen exposure in sub-adult fathead minnows (Pimephales promelas)

Whole-transcriptome sequencing of diluted bitumen-exposed fathead minnow (Pimephales promelas) livers was completed in order to identify the mechanisms of toxicity of diluted bitumen. This study will be the first to assess differential gene expression in fish following diluted bitumen exposure.
