This dataset contains raw multi-omics data generated by high-throughput sequencing and mass spectrometry-based approaches, which include: 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data profiling the structure and diversity of gut bacterial communities;Transcriptomic data (RNA-seq) measuring gene expression profiles associated with host responses and metabolic regulations;Untargeted/targeted metabolomic data identifying small molecule metabolites involved in gut-host metabolism.
