An insight into the vaginal microbiome of infertile women in Bangladesh using metagenomic approach: shotgun

Five infertile (diseased) individuals and five fertile (control) individuals were sampled and had 16S and shotgun sequencing to profile the composition of the vaginal microbiota. Metagenomic assembly was also employed to further assess the differences between these groups.
