This entry contains the raw data and necessary R script to reproduce the figures in the paper (DOI: 10.1002/macp.70240). Each folder (except S1 and S6 which were plotted in Origin) contains at least five files: data.csv : This contains the raw data for the figure.sessioninfo.txt : This contains the session info for the R instance where the figure was generated and the packages used.script.R : The R script which should create figX.pdf and figX.png exactly as it appears in the article.figX.pdf : The figure no. X in .pdf format. Should be recreated when script.R is run.figX.png : The figure no. X in .png format. Should be recreated when script.R is run.
