This repository includes a number of datasets to re-create the results of "2D, or not 2D? Investigating Vertical Signal Integrity of Tissue Slices" baysor_xenium-brain.zip: Baysor segmentation output of the 10x Genomics Xenium brain dataset proseg_xenium-brain.tar: Proseg segmentation output of the 10x Genomics Xenium brain dataset segmentation_vizgen-receptor.zip: Re-segmentation of the Vizgen Merfish brain receptor dataset using vpt with the original segmentation masks mapmycells.tar: All MapMyCells results for 10x Genomics Xenium brain and Vizgen MERSCOPE brain receptor datasets banksy_cluster.tsv: Banksy cluster assignments for the Merfish mouse hypothalamus dataset (only the relevant slice) obtained from the original publication Details for the processing can be found in the original publication and the GitHub repository (https://github.com/HiDiHlabs/ovrlpy-publication).
