Replication data and scripts for "The weakest link goes quantum: Post-quantum migration capacity as a systemic security risk"

Data and scripts accompanying the article "The weakest link goes quantum: Post-quantum migration capacity as a systemic security risk" by Athanasios Staveris-Polykalas. The deposit contains two parts. The first is the share of human web requests using post-quantum key exchange for 18 countries, retrieved from the Cloudflare Radar API on 28 September 2026 for the window from 1 September to 28 September 2026 (00:00 UTC). It includes the retrieval script, the raw API responses and a script that reproduces the table and statistics reported in the article. The second is the OpenAlex literature search behind the review: search strings, exact counts, raw API responses, the 423 deduplicated records and the screening decisions. README.md describes every file and gives codebooks, reproduction steps and licences.
