Repository: Zenodo Open Access Preprints Subject: Plasmonics, Transformation Optics, Topological Field Theory, Stationary Light Theory (TSL) Abstract Classical electrodynamics explains noble metal coloration (such as gold's relativistic yellow) through orbital contraction, yet lacks a foundational description of the underlying vacuum mechanics governing these optical phenomena. By utilizing the framework of Stationary Light Theory (TSL) and the Unified Vortex & Entropy Hypothesis (UVEH), this paper formulates the mathematical description of plasmonic resonance as a collective toroidal vortex phenomenon. We demonstrate how localized electron manipulation alters the Temporal Tally (T) and Vacuum Shear (\gamma_v), inducing topological unwinding, achromatic focus, and macroscopic geometric transparency via resonant boundary shells.
