智慧地下空间信息平台旨在顺应国家新型智慧城市建设，以城市地下空间开发利用和地球深部探测等政策为导向，瞄准地下空间信息化管理与智慧化决策的重大需求，将地下空间作为一个有机整体加以规划建设。平台以城市地质数据、地下空间设施数据和基础地理信息数据为基础，融合接入物联感知数据和地下空间各细分行业专题数据，覆盖地下空间数据维护管理、建库成图、综合应用分析和共享服务的整个流程，同时涵盖地下病害体综合管理、地下水信息管理等专项应用，实现地下空间基础数据、业务数据和监测数据一体化管理、应用和决策分析，可为城市地下空间规划、建设、运行、安全和管理提供全方位、高效、长期地信息服务与支撑。

The Smart Underground Space Information Platform is designed to align with the national initiative for new-type smart city construction, guided by policies including those on urban underground space development and utilization and deep earth exploration. It targets the critical demands for informatized management and intelligent decision-making regarding underground spaces, and treats underground spaces as an organic whole for planning and construction.
Based on urban geological data, underground space facility data and basic geographic information data, the platform integrates and accesses IoT sensing data and thematic data from various segmented underground space industries. It covers the entire process of underground space data maintenance and management, database construction and mapping, comprehensive application analysis and shared services, and also covers specialized applications such as comprehensive management of underground diseases and defects and groundwater information management. The platform realizes integrated management, application and decision-making analysis for basic, business and monitoring data of underground spaces, and can provide all-round, efficient and long-term information services and support for the planning, construction, operation, safety and management of urban underground spaces.
