Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden vier Item Response-Modelle dargestellt, die für Veränderungsmessung eingesetzt werden können: Linear Logistic Test Model (LLTM; Lineares Logistisches Testmodell), Linear Logistic Model with Relaxed Assumptions (LLRA; Lineares Logistisches Modell mit abgeschwächten Voraussetzungen), Hybrid-LLRA und Mixed Rasch Models (MRM). Die Modelle werden kurz theoretisch erläutert. Ihre Anwendung wird ausführlich anhand eines empirischen Beispiels - Erfassung der Entwicklung von Visumotorik im Kleinkindalter - demonstriert. Vor- und Nachteile der jeweiligen Modelle und mögliche Schlußfolgerungen aus den Ergebnissen werden diskutiert. This contribution presents four item response models - Linear Logistic Test Model (LLTM), Linear Logistic Model with Relaxed Assumptions (LLRA), Hybrid-LLRA, and Mixed Rasch Models (MRM) - that can be used to measure change. The theoretical basis of the four models is shortly explained. Applications are demonstrated comprehensively using an empirical example which describes visumotor development in infants.
