recycling LOHC dataset
收藏资源简介:
This entry contains data from a comparison of two reactor concepts for a continuous fixed bed reactor for the dehydrogenation of perhydro benzyltoluene. The classical single-pass LOHC dehydrogenation is compared with a recycle concept, where dehydrogenated product is mixed with fully hydrogenated educt and dehydrogenated again. The goal is to increase the LOHC-hydrogen ratio to decrease the evaporation of benzyltoluene and to increase the heat transfer in the endothermal reaction. Operating conditions for recycle system: reaction pressure 4 bar(a); heating temperature 320 - 340 °C, feed flow rate 25 - 100 mL/min, DoDH feed 0.5-0.8.Operating conditions for classical single-pass system: Reaction pressure 4 bar(a); heating temperature 320 - 340 °C, feed flow rate 2 - 25 mL/min, DoDH feed = 0.02. In addition hydrogen production rate from longterm experiments are included, where longterm catalyst deactivation was investigated.
