E2等级公斤组砝码标准装置

该计量标准以E2等级（1～20）kg砝码为标准器，以质量比较仪（电子天平）为主要配套设备的计量标准，可依据JJG99-2006《砝码》、JJG1036-2008《电子天平》、JJG98-2006《机械天平》检定规程，开展F1等级及其以下等级（1-20）kg标准砝码和 及以下等级电子天平、机械天平的量值传递工作。

砝码量传的工作原理是通过标准砝码和被检砝码在符合规定要求的衡量仪器（相应准确度等级的天平）上进行比较，而取得被检砝码的质量值等有关数据信息的方法。本装置采用直接比较法进行质量值的确定，直接比较法是被检砝码与一个或多个标准砝码比较进行检定，在每次比对中，被检砝码的标称值和标准砝码的标称值应相等。

天平量传的工作原理是采用直接比较衡量法，将标准砝码放在被检天平的秤盘上，等示值稳定后，通过标准砝码质量值与天平显示值的比较，以取得被检天平的不同称量点的示值误差。

It is capable of conducting value transfer for F1 class and lower grade (1–20) kg standard weights, as well as electronic balances and mechanical balances at matching or lower accuracy levels, in accordance with the verification regulations JJG 99-2006 "Verification Regulation for Weights", JJG 1036-2008 "Verification Regulation for Electronic Balances", and JJG 98-2006 "Verification Regulation for Mechanical Balances". The working principle of weight value transfer is a method that acquires relevant data including the mass value of the weight under test by comparing the reference standard weight and the weight under test on a weighing instrument (balance of corresponding accuracy grade) that meets specified requirements. This device adopts the direct comparison method to determine the mass value: the weight under test is verified by comparing with one or more reference standard weights, and the nominal value of the weight under test shall be equal to that of the reference standard weight in each comparison. The working principle of balance value transfer uses the direct comparison weighing method: place the reference standard weight on the weighing pan of the balance under test, wait until the displayed value stabilizes, then obtain the indication errors at different weighing points of the balance under test by comparing the mass value of the reference standard weight with the displayed value of the balance. The mass comparators (balances) equipped with this device include: mass comparator AT1005 (Max=1 kg, d=0.01 mg); precision standard balance TG31 (Max=1000 g, e=0.5 mg); precision standard balance TG35 (Max=5000 g, e=2.5 mg); comparator XP26003L (Max=26 kg, d=1 mg); precision standard balance TG320 (Max=20 kg, d=10 mg); primary standard balance (Max=20 kg, d=20 mg); and weight magnetic susceptibility testing device (electronic balance) UMX5 (Max=5.1 g, d=0.1 μg).
