Cyberlindnera americana strain: ChDrAdgY46, transcriptome

Cyberlindnera americana is a dominant symbiont of the gut from Dendroctonus species, which has been suggested to play a role in the detoxification process of tree defensive chemicals. In the present study, we identify the genes related to this process and their response to a terpene highly toxic for bark beetles and their symbionts.
