Monthly CPR data with Gulf of Alaska

Excel file containing two sheets, the first contains the CPR data, the second contains the CPR taxa names included within each grouping. Taxa are summed within each grouping (given in headings), monthly means have been calculated for a Northeast Pacific region: x1=-143; x2=-128; x3=-155; x4=-165; y1=58; y2=48; y3=46; y4=52; x = [x1, x2, x3, x4, x1]; y = [y1, y2, y3, y4, y1]; Plankton abundance counts are recorded according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. (2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74). Units are “Number of organisms per sample”.
