De-identified analysis dataset and R code for short-form video use and cognitive function among older adults
收藏资源简介:
This record contains a de-identified individual-level analysis dataset, data dictionary, README, and R analysis code for an observational study examining associations between short-form video use, motives for use, interactive behaviors, interaction variety, and cognitive function among older adults. The original internal working spreadsheet is not included. Instead, this record provides a minimized CSV analysis dataset containing only the variables required to reproduce the analyses reported in the associated manuscript. The dataset contains no direct personal identifiers, date variables, or geographic identifiers. Age is provided only in grouped categories. Public sharing of the de-identified individual-level analysis dataset was approved by the relevant ethics committee. The R scripts reproduce the main baseline analyses, multivariable regression analyses, subgroup analysis, motive analyses, and interaction variety analyses. Model diagnostics include Shapiro-Wilk tests, residual Q-Q plots, Breusch-Pagan tests, Cook's distance, term-level GVIF/adjusted GVIF, and HC3 robust standard errors where applicable.
