随着电动汽车飞速发展,充电桩负荷对台区负荷影响越来越大,分析两者之间影响,有利于引导充电桩用户在低负荷时用电,从而缓解台区重载问题。用电负荷增加时,让变压器造成重载或过载运行会影响电力设备寿命,因此需要对台区负荷进行监测,发现负载率达到80%以上时判断为重载,需要进行干预,平衡用电需求。为浦江县充电桩合理分布提供数据支持。1、监测台区负荷,对收集到的数据进行清洗和预处理。
2、主要数据项包含台区编号、异常时间、充电桩占比C、台区容量R、瞬时有功功率Y、瞬时无功功率W、最大负载率F等,若通过充电桩调节电力负荷,使调节后台区负载率K下降至80%以下,即认为可以通过优化充电桩解除该台区重载隐患。
3、算法:K={max[√(Y*Y+W*W)]-C*R}/R其中瞬时有功功率Y和瞬时无功功率W的平方根除以容量R即为实时负载率,取其最大负载率F,减去充电桩负荷,得到调节后负载率K<0.8判断为是,提醒相关人员通过充电桩缓解台区重载;K>0.8判断为否,重过载告警难以调节,需要上报进行扩容等其他方式处理台区重载。
With the rapid development of electric vehicles (EVs), the impact of charging pile loads on distribution station-area loads has become increasingly prominent. Analyzing the interaction between the two can help guide charging pile users to charge during low-load periods, thereby alleviating the overloading problem of distribution station areas. When the power load increases, transformer overloading or overload operation will shorten the service life of power equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the station-area load: when the load rate reaches 80% or more, it is judged as severe overloading, and intervention is required to balance the power demand. This dataset provides data support for the rational distribution of charging piles in Pujiang County.
1. Monitor the distribution station-area load, and clean and preprocess the collected data.
2. The main data items include station-area number, abnormal time, charging pile proportion C, station-area capacity R, instantaneous active power Y, instantaneous reactive power W, maximum load rate F, etc. If the adjusted station-area load rate K is reduced to below 80% by regulating the power load via charging piles, it is considered that the overloading hidden danger of the station area can be eliminated by optimizing charging piles.
3. Algorithm: $K = frac{maxleft(sqrt{Y^2 + W^2}
ight) - C imes R}{R}$. Specifically, the real-time load rate is obtained by dividing the square root of the sum of the squares of instantaneous active power Y and instantaneous reactive power W by the station-area capacity R. The maximum value of the real-time load rates is taken as F. Then subtract the charging pile load (calculated as $C imes R$) to get the adjusted load rate K. If $K < 0.8$, it is judged as "Yes": relevant personnel will be reminded to alleviate the station-area overloading via charging piles; if $K > 0.8$, it is judged as "No": the overloading warning is difficult to adjust, and other measures such as reporting for capacity expansion are required to handle the station-area overloading.
