资源简介:
The role played by microbial community in light lanthanide (Ln3+)-rich deep environment and its potential metabolic capacity were studied. The taxonomic diversity of the microbial mat of Lubin mine was defined. The metagenome and metaproteome of the community were screened in order to identify the genes and enzymes that are important for metabolic strategies of microorganisms and may be potentially responsible for the transformation of fossil organic matter and the redistribution of light lanthanides in Kupfershiefer black shale. In the studied environment, Proteobacteria was determined as the predominant phylum, constituting 63.87% of the entire community. The other dominant phyla were: Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria, Nitrospirae and Planctomycetes. The proteins and genes that are involved in metabolic pathways of methane, sulphur and nitrogen were detected.
