This dataset contains simulation results obtained with the Monte Carlo code FLUKA (http://www.fluka.org/fluka.php) on the generation of bremsstrahlung radiation by a focused electron beam passing through a converter made of different materials and thicknesses. This is the basis of the paper by Brunetti et al. "A simple method of producing a focused X-ray beam" presented at the SPIE Optics + Optoelectronics 2019 conference in Prague, 1-4 April 2019.
