series method for half-space

ISO-D10F0.dat contains GFs for 4 types of point dislocations in a homogeneous half-space, for source depth being 10 km and field points on the surface, for fig.2.S10F0-Daab.grd means grid data for surface displacement in 'b' direction due to 'aa' dislocation for source depth being 10 km, for fig.4-6. ISO-D8F0-4000z-valid.dat and ISO-D48F0-4000z-valid.dat contain GFs of displacements for source depth being 8 and 48 km for isotropic case and R=4000km while TI-D8F0-4000z-valid.dat is same but for TI model and TI-D48F0-600z-valid.dat is for TI also but for R=600km.ISO-S08F0R5000.dat and ISO-S48F0R5000.dat contain DLNs similarlyTI-S08F0R4000.dat and TI-S48F0R600.dat are similarly for TI model.
