Pseudo_Lots

The Pseudo Lots dataset contains polygons of locations that have an address and/or a structure with a building identification number (BIN), but for which there is no tax lot. Pseudo lots may exist for locations with open space, subway or train stations, skyways, tunnels, or other miscellaneous features. Note that this is not a comprehensive dataset of locations with these types of features. To incorporate addresses and BINs into DCP's Geosupport System, they must be assigned to a lot identifier in DCP's property files. This lot identifier is usually the BBL (borough, block and lot) number assigned by the Department of Finance (DOF) to the tax lot in question. For locations that have an address and/or a BIN, but are not on a tax lot, DCP creates a polygon encompassing the area and assigns a pseudo BBL, which is an identifier that is formatted like a DOF BBL.伪地块数据集（Pseudo Lots dataset）收录了具备地址和/或带有建筑标识号（building identification number, BIN）的建构筑物，但未被归入税地块的区域多边形。此类伪地块可能存在于开放空间、地铁站或火车站、空中连廊、隧道或其他杂项设施所在的区域。请注意，本数据集并未覆盖所有具备此类特征的区域。 若要将地址与建筑标识号纳入DCP的地理支持系统（Geosupport System），必须将其分配至DCP产权文件中的地块标识符。该地块标识符通常为财政部（Department of Finance, DOF）为目标税地块分配的BBL（行政区、街区与地块编号）。 对于具备地址和/或建筑标识号，但未归属税地块的区域，DCP会创建覆盖该区域的多边形，并分配一个伪BBL——该标识符的格式与DOF颁发的BBL完全一致。
