Sciocoris lateralis Genome sequencing and assembly

In this study, we determined the complete mitochondrial genome of Sciocoris lateralis Fieber, 1851(Hemiptera: Pentatomidae). After assembly, the full length of the sequence was 15445 bp, including 37 coding genes (13 protein coding genes, 22 tRNA genes and 2 rRNA genes) and 1 control region. The phylogenetic tree relationship showed that each family had high monophyletic support, and S.lateralis belonged to Pentatomidae, which was consistent with the traditional morphological analysis.
