Evaluation of NOISYmputer outputs for 20 pseudo 3X samples F₂ samples compared to their 20X counterparts.

Pseudo 3X samples are derived from artificially subsetted 20X samples. These pseudo 3X samples were part of the 222 F2 Rice WGS samples imputed using NOISYmputer. Number of SNPs differences are estimated based on the position difference compared to the marker density in the loose support interval. (XLSX)
